Return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Within 30 days of delivery
  • Not a perishable item (opened spices cannot be returned for food safety reasons)

How to Return

Important Note:

For food safety reasons, opened spice products cannot be returned. Only unopened, sealed products are eligible for returns.

  2. Provide order details: Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Get return label: We'll send you a prepaid shipping label
  4. Ship the item: Package the item securely and ship it back
  5. Receive refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used spice products (for food safety)
  • Perishable items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
